Refund Policy

1. Digital Product — No Refunds

StitchOps Pro is a digital service that provides immediate access to premium features upon payment. In accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), Article 16(m), and the Turkish Consumer Protection Law (No. 6502), Article 15, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content that has been accessed or downloaded after purchase.

By subscribing to StitchOps Pro, you explicitly acknowledge and agree that:

• You gain immediate access to the digital service upon successful payment
• You waive your right of withdrawal once the service is accessed
• Refunds are not available for digital services that have been used

2. Cancellation

You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time. Upon cancellation:

• Your Pro access continues until the end of your current billing period
• No further charges will be made after cancellation
• Your account reverts to the free tier after the billing period ends
• No partial refunds are issued for unused portions of the billing period

3. Exceptions

In the following exceptional circumstances, we may consider a refund on a case-by-case basis:

• Duplicate charges: If you were charged more than once for the same subscription period
• Service unavailability: If the Service was unavailable for an extended period (more than 72 consecutive hours) during your billing cycle
• Unauthorized charges: If a charge was made without your authorization

4. How to Request a Review

To request a refund review for the exceptional circumstances listed above, please email us at hello@stitchops.app with:

• Your registered email address
• The date and amount of the charge
• A description of the issue

We will review and respond within 5-10 business days.

5. Governing Law

This Refund Policy is governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey and the European Union consumer protection regulations, as applicable. Disputes shall be resolved through the competent consumer arbitration committees or courts.
