By accessing or using StitchOps ("the Service"), operated at stitchops.netlify.app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to all terms, you may not access the Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and StitchOps.
StitchOps provides digital tools for embroidery professionals, including but not limited to: stitch count estimation, pricing calculations, embroidery file viewing, and related digital services. The Service is provided as a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform accessible via web browser.
You may create an account using email/password or Google OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You may not create duplicate accounts using different authentication methods with the same email address. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
The Service offers a free tier (limited to 3 quotes per day) and a paid Pro tier (unlimited usage). Pro subscriptions are billed through our payment processor, Lemon Squeezy. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method. Prices are displayed in your selected currency and may vary by region.
StitchOps is a digital service. All calculations, estimates, and results are generated algorithmically and provided for informational purposes only. By using the Service, you acknowledge that the estimates provided are approximate (±10%) and should not be relied upon as exact values for production or financial planning without professional verification.
All content, features, and functionality of the Service (including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, and software) are the exclusive property of StitchOps and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Embroidery files uploaded by users remain the property of the respective users.
You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service; (c) interfere with or disrupt the Service; (d) upload malicious files or content; (e) resell or redistribute the Service without authorization.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, StitchOps shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. Any data associated with your account may be deleted after a reasonable retention period.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or prominent notice on the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
